Shipping
When will my order ship?
Once your order is received, please allow 24-48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays.) After processing has completed, your will be emailed a tracking number from your respected shipping carrier.
How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping is any economy shipping option. With domestic US couriers, these services are delivered in 2-5 business days because they arrive via ground. The alternative to standard shipping is express shipping.

Are exchanges free?
All shipping for exchanges are free for purchases within a 30 day window from the time of purchase.

Are returns free?
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) outside of any errors due to Forever Young Clothing. This will includes the cost of shipping and returning the item to us.
Forever Young Clothing reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
Examples of items that cannot be resold include (but are not limited to) items with stains, tears, or rips, a strong odor of smoke/perfumes and items with missing tags or packaging

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that Forever Young Clothing will not refund shipping costs unless we caused an error with your order.
